GAThe Social Swapper – you love swapping clothes because it is fun. You don

If you adore this look and feel and what to do something similiar Amy Butler has some happy fabrics that you can mix and match.

If you are feeling like you want to do a little something different Courtney from Little White Book showcased a wedding with some a unique twist on the bridesmaid style. Each one of the bridesmaids had a different fabric dress. Although each dress wad different they each contained snippets of another fabric that matched another dress. To tie the dresses together they each had a delicate brown bow at their waist and a gardenia gently placed in their up do. Each bridesmaid wore a pair of earthy brown shoes, which tied everything together beautifully. Our funky shoes are from frye.

love the concept; can’t wait to see the remainder of the wedding!!

Ohh… I can’t wait to see the rest! We happen to be using plum and lavender in our wedding.

LOVE PURPLE! Can’t wait to see the details!

We’re using plum and lilac in our Summer 2010 wedding as well. But I’m pairing them with champagne and black for a glamorous vintage, evening affair. Can’t wait to see it play out!

I need help. I am planning a wedding for July 31st of this year and I have my bridesmaid dresses picked out. they are purple (not lavendar). I want pink tied into this but I’m not sure how. I’m having trouble picturing the groomsmen, flowers, etc…. Any help????????? I’m on a tight budget within a short amount of time.

I like the layering idea. I didn’t realize that I had to inform the parents what to wear until my mom asked me, and I’m trying to figure out what to do.

amen and hallelujah. I am so tired of people stressing over something being the exact shade they desire. come ON! relationships (i.e. marriages) are not about perfection and precision but about depth and coordination – why should your wedding say otherwise?

To Ashley- my dress was designed by Amy Kushel out of SF, it is called the Margarita, I added the deep sweetheart neckline and twisted goddess staps. It was so comfortable!

Anna

Wow, it’s so nice to see people comment on my wedding!

Anna – first of all, you are gorgeous and your wedding is beautiful! Second – my fiance Logan and I were engaged in St. Germain in PARIS as well (Jan 2009)! How romantic right?! We ate at Le Deux Maggots as well, it was right around the corner from where we stayed. How fun!!!

Thanks V, congrats on your engagement.

gorgeous! i absolutely love the dress. whos the designer?

I received this loveliness the other day and absolutely devoured the whole magazine in one sitting! The ENTIRE issue is dedicated to the color pink and it’s truly one of my favorite issues of all time. I can’t wait to look through it again and again to uncover new ideas. Hooray!!!

Dazzling! From someone who is so not a girly girl, the pink tulle is divine. Such classic glamor is always inspiring, and a wonderful way to end the week. Makes me want to put my ballet slippers back on and get back to the stage. Thanks for sharing, and congrats to Eunice!

Oh my goodness.. how absolutely beautiful! In another life, I was a ballerina, and this just makes my heart happy. Such beautiful photos and dresses!

and yes, the best moment of my childhood WAS meeting Amanda Shull (from Center Stage).

OHMAGOOOOOOOODNESS, please tell me you know who makes that first dress? It is unbelievable!!!!!
I love this post! I just went dress shopping with my mom last weekend and tried on an Amsale dress from Spring 2010 that made my mom and I cry, I told her I felt like a prima ballerina! I want to try on the dress featured on that first image before I make my decision, it is absolutely incredible!

Beautiful! As a ballet dancer and HUGE ABT fan, I couldn’t be more in love! I especially love the idea of using the playbill as a starting point for a wedding program. If I could do my wedding over again, this would be it!!

oh congrats to another Eunice! Yaay! loooovin the ballet inspiration.
