5 Great Fall Ideas For Wedding Favors This fall many brides are searching for great wedding favors to give their guest. Wedding favors are items that the bride gives to guests to thank them for coming to her wedding. They are often tied in with the theme of the ceremony and serve as souvenirs of the happy event. One of the ways that a bride tries to set her wedding apart from all the rest is by having one of a kind favors. If you are such a bride, here are some great suggestions to help you get started.

A great gift is a fall leaf bottle stopper these are not only useful but will be great decorations for your wine bottles while you are using them. A great idea is to match them in a kit with a similar themed bottle opener. Wine kits are very popular with older guests and they will be great conversation starters whenever company comes over. It will be amazing to think that friends will relate the story of your wedding each time they use them.

Another great option is shot glasses. These are great because the can be customized with any fall motif you want. They are also great for guests who collect unique shot glasses. You can not only have autumn themed images on them, you can also have the date of your wedding inscribed on them. They are another example of a useful item that can either be displayed or used by your guests when they have people coming to visit.

Another great item is a fall leaf bookmark they have understated elegance and at the same time, will help you keep your page in a favorite book. This is definitely an item that fall under the everyday use category. Also make sure to pair with something else such as a book light. You can also pair it with stationary such as fall themed notebook and pen. Give your guests something to record their own thoughts and impressions with that will include memories of your nuptials.

An interesting autumn favor is the plantable place cards. They function as part of your reception d?cor helping guest find the way to their tables. When the reception is over the can take them home and plant them in their garden. They are a great item for the bride seeking to promote nature in their fall themed nuptials. If this is your focus you can give them out in tandem with a call for donations to your favorite environmental charity or organization. This way you not only have a unique gift item, you also have a way to share your values.

A traditional autumn favor is candles. They have practical uses as emergency lighting, or simply a mood enhancer for a special occasion. There are also numerous options to choose from. If you are looking for something that will add to the look of a home, you can go for beautiful votive candles. You can find varieties with scenes of fall and the harvest season that will be sure to add to the look of any room in your guests? homes. If your guests are fans of aromatherapy a great option is scented candles. Try getting them in popular autumn scents such as cider, fall leaves, or pine. If you want to find the best scents, do some researching before you purchase them.

Place In The Country Which Create The Best Wedding Atmosphere Almost every bride and groom wants to create the best wedding they can. The first step to creating the best wedding is to pick the perfect location for the couple. Many people think that having a wedding outside of the United States is the perfect location to have a wedding, but there are numerous unique places in the United States that will create the perfect wedding atmosphere. For example, just in Southern California people can have a Santa Ynez wedding or an Ojai wedding, both of which are incredible locations to have a wedding. Here is a list of different places to have a wedding wedding locations that are located right here in the United States:

1. A beach is one of the most beautiful places to have a wedding. The beach gives a relaxed atmosphere that most other places probably won’t have. Also, there are many beach locations in the United States that are simply made for weddings. Some pretty amazing beach wedding locations in the United States include Hawaii, North and South Carolina, Florida, and Maine.

2. A Southern California winery is also a wonderful place to host a wedding event. The scenery at a winery is almost always incredibly beautiful. Also, wineries have a plethora of activities for guests and family and they also have a large amount of luxury accommodations. A lot of these wineries also specialize in hosting weddings, so they have available different wedding packages from which the bride and groom can choose.

3. Another great place to have a wedding is in a small town in Southern California or a small town in the Western United States because the scenery in nearly every small town is beautiful. The atmosphere of a small town has the ability to offer more intimate feel to the wedding and these places are often very quiet so it can be just the bride and groom and their guests and family without too many other tourists around.

4. A mountain town or ski resort towns in places like Colorado or Utah are also really wonderful places to host weddings. The nice thing about these mountain ski resort towns is that most of the time there are always plenty of luxury accommodations for guests and family. The scenery in these places is also incredible as well since there are beautiful mountains all around the towns.

5. Having a wedding at the hometown of the bride and/or the groom is also a nice choice for a wedding. With a hometown wedding, it usually ensures more guests will be able to get themselves to the wedding. Also, it makes planning much more simple because the bride or groom will know where good places to have the wedding are and it will make actually planning the wedding easier as well.

It is important for brides and grooms to decide on a location together and to decide beforehand what kind of feel they want for their wedding. Each of these wedding locations will lend their own unique atmosphere to the event. By choosing to marry at any of these places, the bride and groom are sure to be well on their way to hosting the perfect wedding!

Wedding Hairstyles – Elegance And Beauty A bride will take time to consider many wedding hairstyles to make sure she has the right style for her and one that will wow her guests at the wedding. Not so long ago a bride with short hair would not be able to consider Spanish updos or cascade of curls wedding hairstyles as they would simply be impossible to create with a limited amount of hair.

These days hairstylists are able to create the impossible and literally design whatever wedding hairstyles you could possibly imagine. With the use of hair extensions and dyes they can totally transform your look.

Elegance is normally what a bride is looking to be and with wedding hairstyles such as the Angel or elegant updo a bride can achieve this and when a woman has a hair style they love there is nothing better to show off her natural beauty and radiance on the big day.

Alternatively the bride to be may wish to choose wedding hairstyles that are simple, easy to manage and will look as good after eight hours of vows, photos, speeches and receptions as they did when she first walked down the aisle.

Empress wedding hairstyles are particularly popular. This creation consists of tight curls and looks stunning with any colour hair. The look is of a Greek goddess or Roman Empress and can be beautifully and easily enhanced by wearing a tiara. Any bride with this wedding hairstyle will feel confident as well as looking stunning.

Whatever wedding hairstyles you have in mind you should always bear in mind the overall theme of your wedding. You may well fall in love with a particular style but it would be much better if the style was in keeping with the rest of the wedding theme. That said, you must always ensure you choose a hairstyle which makes you feel special and comfortable throughout the whole day.

Before your big day it is vital that you have a trial run with the style you have chosen. An even better idea would be to try out a few wedding hairstyles beforehand as what may look good in a photograph may not always suit you.

Make sure you use a hairdresser that has been highly recommended by someone you know and whose judgement you trust. Better still use a hairdresser you have used before as they will be able to work with your hair better and be able to give solid advice on the best wedding hairstyles to have.

You will also need to bear in mind when selecting wedding hairstyles how they will look if it is your intention is to wear any accessories such as a tiara or veil as they may drastically alter the look or just be impossible to have with the particular style you ultimately select.

Wedding Planning Tips on a Small Budget Planning your wedding should be a time when you are ready to make all your dreams come true. In order to make this dream a realization you should be able keep perfect records and lists of wants, needs, and definites. Preparing for your wedding should be absolutely the most awesome time of your life. When the time has come to plan your wedding, be completely sure that you have all that youve always desired written down on paper.

When the time has come upon you to choose your gown, reception hall, or any other aspect of your wedding, you must remember that there are many ways to save money in your budget. Most people will convey to you that its totally improbable to have your dream wedding on a budget, but do not believe them. Dissimilar to just about everyone’s opinion, you truly can have a breathtaking wedding without having to actually spend a fortune.

If a top priority of yours is to save lots of money, then understand that you cannot do that without creating a reasonable budget. Most couples really do not know where to start when planning. Just be aware that you must start with how much you are able to spend to begin with. If you want to achieve the preferred result of a memorable wedding on a shoestring, then please make the decision about how much money you have to spend before you start shopping for actual vendors.

If you really know that you cannot afford to spend a lot of money, then discovering what you need from various places that give discounts is a must. After your budget is coordinated, you will then be aware of how much you have for what you need, so you can move forward with getting all that fits your budget. Most couples we speak to who absolutely do not have much money to spend on their wedding start off by scouring for discounted items.

Couples sometimes put off their wedding because of a restricted budget, but that is not necessary. If you are at a point in time where you are low on funds to begin your wedding planning, do not stop the momentum of going forward with your vows. I know that as couples are planning their weddings, they often feel helpless as they are short of funds.

One area that can help you save money on your wedding is by restricting your guest list. As you start the planning of your wedding on a budget, the one single thing you can control is the number of guests you should invite. Bearing in mind that there are such a great many factors out of your control as you go toward your wedding date, cutting back on your guest list can truly help your budget.

One very important factor when planning a wedding on a budget is the food at the reception. If you want to stay within your budget for your wedding day, be careful about what you choose for the wedding dinner. Planning a wedding on a shoestring and succeeding many times will be totally over budget if you are determined to have a sit down dinner. Consider a buffet, a long cocktail hour, or fancy hors d’oeuvres which can be just as elegant, but will cost half the price.

If you are extremely determined to produce a wedding that you wont be paying back for years to come, then be very careful with choosing where you have your reception. Being triumphant in planning a wedding which costs very little is understanding that you have to be flexible with many things, especially the place you will have your reception. Saving money is so very probable and you can have a beautiful wedding as well, but many times the reception venue can wreak havoc on your budget. Consider museum grounds, parks, arboretums, or even local colleges. Wherever you have your wedding, just remember that your love is the most important thing.

Choosing a Wedding Invitation for Your Unique Destination Theme A popular wedding trend is to hold a destination event where all of the event’s guests travel to a fabulous destination to celebrate together for the couple’s happy day. Destination weddings often take more planning and coordination than traditional weddings, simply because many people will have to coordinate their schedules in order to travel to the ceremony. This can make choosing the appropriate wedding invitations more difficult as well. By planning early, you can find the perfect wedding invitations to use for your big event that perfectly match your theme.

The first thing to consider when choosing a wedding invitation for a destination wedding is how you plan to incorporate the theme into the invitation design. Some couples look at the destination where their wedding will be held and choose invitations that use images associated with that area. For instance, if your destination is a tropical location, you may choose to use summery or beach-style images and colors on your wedding invitations.

If your wedding is at a resort that is well known for being in a certain area or having a certain focus, it can also be very appropriate to use images associated with that area to make your wedding invitations perfect. Consider the time of year that you wedding is taking place as well because this can help to influence the design decisions that you make when choosing your wedding invitations.

A second consideration when choosing wedding invitations for destination weddings is the necessary information that should be provided within your invitation. Traditional wedding invitations actually contain very little information. The most important information on a traditional invitation is the date, time and location. Although this information is also important for a destination wedding, more should be included.

The information that needs to be included on a destination wedding invitation includes; travel transportation suggestions, information for accommodations at the location, and suggested dates of travel in order to coordinate the dates and times when guests arrive at the destination. If discounts are being given by the destination, you should inform your guests about that. Your wedding invitation should inform your guests about every logistical detail of the event that could affect their travel and attendance.

One way to incorporate all of this information on a simple invitation may be to choose a double-sided design. A double-sided design allows you can to include the basic information on the front of the card, and then the travel details on the back of the card. Be sure to proofread your invitations because it is important to include all necessary information and this gives you enough time to make corrections if they are needed.

An important third consideration when choosing wedding invitations for a destination wedding is to include extra stationery if you are planning a secondary reception in your hometown after returning from your wedding. Many couples who have destination weddings choose to have a separate reception when they get home so that they can spend time and celebrate with the loved ones who were unable to attend the actual ceremony. You should include an extra invitation if you have planned such an event so that all of your guests are informed about an alternative or additional event that they can attend.

Finally, you need to remember that with a destination wedding, you should send out your wedding invitations considerably earlier than if all of your guests were located near the big event. Generally, you should allow three to four months for your guests to be able to plan their travel to attend your destination wedding. They may need to secure that time off from their jobs, plan their air travel, save money for the cost of staying at the wedding destination and prepare any other plans necessary for the trip. The more time you can provide for your guests, the more likely they can attend your ceremony.

Wedding invitations for destination weddings can be more complicated than traditional wedding events. With careful consideration and thought, you can find the perfect invitations to use and put them together to include all of the information you need to share with your guests. With your forethought and planning, you can be well prepared to celebrate your wedding day with your friends and family. A destination wedding is in excellent choice because it is beneficial to everybody attending. Your guests are able to enjoy the experience while having a vacation at a new location. A destination wedding may take much longer to plan and your guests should be given ample time to work the date into their schedules. When planning your invitations, it is a great idea to incorporate images of the location as this allows your guests to get a sense of what to expect upon arrival at the location.

Tips to Cut Your Budget on Wedding Invitation Designing and making wedding invitation can be something as expensive as your wedding photography and gown. It can be even more expensive if you want to make the wedding cards extremely unique and elegant. However, if you would like to save money on this item, there are still some ways to do it.

Estimate the number of guests accurately

You will certainly have to make the guest list. However, from my experience, most couple will only have a rough idea of the number of guests when they order the invitations. They have not finished the guest list yet. In this case the only way is to order a larger quantity since it will be nearly impossible (unless you pay a lot) to make extra cards if you find that ten cards are missing. Yet it is in fact costing you more since you may not need so many cards.

As a result, you can save some money if you can have an accurate estimation of your number of guests since you do not need to order the extra in order to play save. This does not only help you to save money but also help to protect our Earth since it creates less waste.

Eliminate other stationeries

Traditionally, you will at least need to make the save the date card, wedding invitation, RSVP and thank you card in order to get a whole set of wedding stationeries. Making more items means a larger budget. If your goal is to save money, you can order the most essential items only.

You can order the invitation cards only. You can ask your guests to save the date by phone. Your guests will also probably give you a phone call to tell you if they will attend your wedding or not.

Print the card yourself

I always emphasize that the best way of saving money is DIY. You can certainly save some money if you print the card yourself. If you think the job will be too much for you and your partner, you may ask your close relatives and friends to help you. They will be more than happy to help since it is your wedding.

You can shop for the cheapest yet acceptable materials for your wedding cards. You can check from your local bookstores for the materials. However, you should always test if your printer at home can print on the materials first otherwise you will just waste your money on the materials.

Create a wedding website

It is a trend for couples to create wedding websites. By using a wedding website, you can put the details of your wedding into it otherwise you will need to print the information on cards which will most probably be more expensive.

You can also consider sending your invitation to your guests via email and advise them to refer to the wedding website. For the thank you notes, you can either put them into your website or send them via email again. In this case you should be able to save even more.

Using Wedding Candles to Set the Mood for Your Ceremony and Reception As any bride knows, wedding candles are an integral part of any ceremony and reception. They have so many uses that it’s important you choose your candles as carefully as you would choose your dress!

Candles are used for basic decorating purposes for both the ceremony and reception, but they also have more specific uses. Some couples use them in a unity wedding ceremony, where the bride and the groom hold a tapered candle each, representing their separate lives before they met, as together they light a pillar candle to show their union into a merged life. The three candles can then be placed in a beautiful unity and taper holder showing that the bride and groom are individuals but that together they are more.

If either the bride or groom or both have children, then they can be involved in the wedding at this point by all having their own candles.

You can have stunning themes for the Unity candles and ceremony such as Asian Fusion or Celtic Charm candles and accessories. The Asian Fusion candles are a fabulous red with black trimmings while the Celtic Charm theme is in beautiful muted greens.

Wedding candles offer a romantic element to the affair, and create a calm and peaceful environment so that you don’t have to have bright lights glaring down on you and your guests. A great idea is a personalized wedding candle. For instance, a family circle monogram personalized luxury candle which
features a monogram crest with space to enter dates and names around it in a circle.

It doesn’t matter if you’re having a day or evening wedding, wedding candles add an ambiance no other piece of decor can. Some couples even use floating wedding candles if they’re getting married beside a pool.

Even if you’re having an indoor wedding, you can still incorporate the floating wedding candle idea into your ceremony or reception by placing the floating candles in a clear glass vase or container decorated to match your wedding theme.

Tea-light candles can be strategically placed around the event to add a subtle charm and even scent, if you opt to invest in aromatic wedding candles. If you are worried about the tea light candles going out or causing a fire then there are battery operated “flickering” tea lights that can be used. The flickering of the wicks give the appearance of real candles.

The holders for your wedding candles are every bit as important as the candles themselves. You can choose plain candle holders that will blend in to the background, or wedding candle holders that match your theme. There are even gorgeous “suspended heart” unity and taper holders which hold the three candles in the one, three branched silver plated, holder.

A candle wedding favor can also be a wonderful gift to give to your guests or bridal party. You can have the candle holder engraved with their name or a special message showing your appreciation to them for their participation in your special day.

Wedding candles come in a variety of shapes and sizes, so you can have large candles to decorate your event, and include miniature versions on each table for the guests to enjoy. One bride even had candles set up in martini glasses – a fun display that set the mood for the party after the ceremony.

Perhaps the most beautiful effect you can see using candles in a wedding is when brides choose to use luminaries. In case you aren’t familiar with them, luminaries are decorated bags that you place along a pathway with a candle inside that makes the decoration shine through.

As people walk along the path to the wedding, the effect of dozens of doves and hearts set a beautiful mood and it makes a lasting impression on the guests. You can even have the luminaries sprinkled throughout the area if you have a garden reception.

When using luminaries, the bag itself is the decor, and you can use tea light candles to bring the effect to life. They are safe to use and come with instructions so you won’t feel unsure investing in this unique form of wedding decor.

Wedding Stationery – A Brief Discussion The wedding invitations may probably one of the things you need to consider when you begin your wedding planning work. In fact, you should not consider the invitation only. There are a lot more to consider. You should try to consider all the related items as a whole. By doing that you will be able to get a unified set of stationery.

You may wonder what items you will need to consider when you are considering your wedding stationery. In fact, the answer varies. You may need different combinations of stationery in different situations. For example, you may not need the save the date cards if you are planning to inform your friends about your wedding via email. However, you may still need them if you want them to mail you back. As a result, you need to make your decision based on your own situation. However, it is still very important for you to know some of the common items you need to consider so that you can make sure that you will not miss anything.

The save the date card is the first item you will need to consider. You are using the save the date card to inform your guests your wedding date. It is extremely important if you are planning to have a destination wedding. This is because your guests may need to spend some time to arrange things such as air tickets. Of course you will also need it if you are getting married in Christmas. This is because you need to inform your guests in advance about your big day so that they will not go on a vacation during that period. To this end you will need to send the cards out at least half year before your wedding. As mentioned, you may choose to inform your guests via email. In this case you will be sending the email about half year before. And the save the date note will not be needed.

The invitation is probably the most important part of your stationery. It is the main card which actually invites your guests. As a result you will allocate most budget of your stationery to the invitation. You will need to send the invitation at least two months before your big day.

You may also send a respond card along with your invitation. Your guests will use the card to reply you if they will attend or not. Of course it is not a must to have a respond card nowadays. You may ask your guests to reply you via email. This will probably be more convenient for both your guests and you.

You will also need a thank you card. You will write some notes on the cards to thank your guests. Normally, the design of the thank you card will be similar to your invitation so that they will become a complete set.

Some other items you may need to consider are the place cards and menu. You will need the place card so that your guests will know where to sit when they arrive your reception hall. Regarding the menu, your caterer may also provide you with it. However, it you would like to make the design of it similar to your other items, you may still need to order them separately.
